FAQs:

• What are the parking options?
Street parking on Harding Ave and crossing streets are free of charge. On the other side of the building (15 steps from the community gate) there is the public parking which is free to park through the night (7 pm - 8 am). Parking daytime does not cost much either.

• How far is the nearest beach?
1 Min walk. Just across Collins Ave through NOBE park.
Use our beach wagon to easily carry our beach chairs, mat, cooler and your stuff when walking to the beach.

• Is it available for early check in \ late checkout?
Unfortunately, most likely that the place will not be available due to other guests checking in\out the same day you do, and we cannot tell far in advance you to make sure you will need to check again the morning of your check in \ out day.

• Can we drop off our belongings earlier?
Yes, but after 2 pm only.

• Are there age requirements?
No minimum age. We will be happy to host anyone who agrees to comply with our house rules, no matter the age.

• What are our payment options? Can we pay half now, half later?
Payments are processed and managed only by Airbnb. You can find more info on Airbnb’s help center by searching the topic “payment options”.

• Can we have packages delivered to us there?
Yes. You may use the address on file for online purchases, but it is your responsibility to collect when it arrives. The package will be delivered to the unit's doorstep. Please make sure to schedule your package arrival throughout your stay.

• On which floor is the unit?
Ground level. Need to climb 3 stairs.

• What is the Wi-Fi speed, can I Zoom from there?
The Wi-Fi is as fast as any other residential home in Miami Beach (Atlantic Broadband). You can Zoom with a few devices same time easily.

• Do you have a laundry machine there?
Washer & dryer machines are located at the building's center in a shared room. Each cycle costs $1.25 and is operated by quarters only.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
